LukeGuy Weekly Prize — Official Rules

Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time they play.
- Not open to anyone where local law restricts receiving the prize (for example, knife-ownership or shipping laws).
- You need a LukeGuy account signed in with Google. One account per person.
Prize week
Each prize week starts Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends the next Saturday at 3:00 p.m. ET. The Sponsor’s servers are the official timekeeper.
How to win
- Earn XP during the prize week by playing the games, checking in once a day, and sharing the app once a day. Your total appears on the “THIS WEEK” scoreboard. Other bonuses (such as recruiting friends) count toward lifetime XP only.
- When the week ends, the player with the most weekly XP is the potential winner.
- Tie-breaker: if two or more players have the same total, the player who reached that total first wins.
Prize
One (1) winner per week receives that week’s prize, which is named and pictured on the scoreboard in the app before the week ends. No cash or substitute, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
Winner verification
- The potential winner is notified in the app with a “YOU WON” screen and may also be contacted at the email address on their account.
- The potential winner must submit their shipping address in the app (or reply by email) within 7 days after the week ends and confirm they meet the eligibility rules. Otherwise the prize may go to the next-highest eligible player.
- The Sponsor may review game activity and disqualify scores gained by cheating, automation, exploits, multiple accounts, or tampering with the app.
General
- The Sponsor may change, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it cannot run as planned (for example, because of technical failures or fraud).
- The Sponsor isn’t responsible for lost connections, server errors, or scores that fail to record.
- By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may show their username on the scoreboard and on social media as the weekly winner.
- Personal information is handled under the LukeGuy Privacy Policy.
